To secure the University Certification of Education form from the Master of Social Work Program at 精东影业 (IDFPR documents), you must have completed the MSW program at 精东影业.

1. Using Adobe Sign, complete the . No further action is required. If approved you will receive 精东影业's signature and seal on the document you submitted.

The form will be available for pick up in the Office of the Registrar, Cook ADM Building Room 128, 精东影业-Registrar@csu.edu.  You will receive and email from the registrar when the forms are available for pick-up.
