Named and Estate Giving

A named gift is a lasting investment in the future of 精东影业. It honors a loved one, celebrates a family's legacy, or recognizes an individual or organization while creating opportunities for generations of 精东影业 students.

Across campus, the names of visionary alumni, donors, and community leaders are permanently recognized on buildings, classrooms, laboratories, scholarships, and other spaces that inspire learning and discovery. Their generosity continues to shape the student experience and advance the University's mission.

The Chicago State Foundation offers a variety of naming opportunities through outright gifts, multi-year commitments, gifts of appreciated securities, and planned gifts made through an estate plan. Opportunities are available at a range of giving levels and may include:

  • Memorial benches and trees
  • Named scholarship funds
  • Named endowments
  • Classrooms and laboratories
  • Academic and student support spaces
  • Other campus facilities and programs

Because each opportunity is unique, naming levels are established based on the location, purpose, and long-term impact of the gift. Foundation staff are pleased to work with donors to identify a meaningful opportunity that reflects their philanthropic interests and legacy.
